General Office Assistant
Filing & Mailings, 1 - 4 hours per week, Flexible days and times.
Program Outreach for the Parent-Child Home Program
Attend community events and sit at booth to answer questions and promote the program, Approximately 3 hours per week, Days and hours vary.
Administrative Support: Support various departments in the following areas: mailings, data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.
Classroom Support: work in our award winning Stepping Stones Toddler Preschool, Family Co-Op and other classroom placements.
Therapy Support: Clean and organize materials, inventory supplies and make adaptive equipment.
Technical Support: Train our Staff! We have an on-going need for technological trainings. Staff have requested classes in Excel, Access, Outlook, Photoshop, etc. Quarterly trainings are ideal.
Research Support: data analysis, coding, categorizing, and develop forms.
Committee: Volunteers who have a particular skill or area of expertise are encouraged to provide support in the following committees: Development, Finance, Excellence Task Force (Programs).
Building Maintenance: Volunteers are need for help around the center with landscaping, painting, cleaning, and general handy work.
Auction Planning Committee: Be a part of the planning process for the biggest fundraiser of the year.
Auction Tracker data entry: September- November project; can work from home with internet access.
Event Support: Various Roles during the day and night of the event.
Event Prep: Packaging night, making baskets, files, behind the scenes work.
